SSL encryption

You have the option to place your inquiry via a simple or multi-layered contact form on our website. For this process and in order to answer to the inquiries it is necessary to name valid email address. Additional information can be supplied on a voluntary basis. The data processing necessary for contacting us is done in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form is automatically deleted after the completion of your inquiry.

Passing on of data

 Apart from below purposes your personal data is not disclosed to third parties. Your personal data is only forwarded to third parties if:

The tracking measures listed in the following are carried out in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. By using tracking measures, we aim to guarantee the appropriate design and continuous optimisation of our website. Furthermore, we deploy these tracking measures to statistically track the use of our website and optimise our services for you. Google Analytics

We are using Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; in the following: “Google”) to guarantee the appropriate design and continuous optimisation of our website. In this context pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies are used. The information produced by the cookie through your usage of the website, such as

• time of server request
are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Google Adwords Conversion Tracking.

To guarantee the appropriate design and monitor the continuous optimisation of our website for you we are using Google conversion tracking. Through this tool a cookie is placed on your computer by Google AdWords if you have accessed our website through a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the cookie is not expired and a user visits a certain site of the AdWords customers’ website Google and the customer can see that the user has clicked on the ad and was directed to this site.

Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked by AdWords customers via the websites. The information collected with the conversion cookie is used to produce conversion statistics for AdWords customers that have opted for conversion tracking. The AdWords customers receive the total number of users that have clicked on their ad and were redirected to site on which a conversion tracking tag was placed. They do not receive any information which can be used to identify the user’s personal identity. Rights of the affected

 You have the right:

to ask us for details about the personal data collected by us pursuant to art. 15 GDPR. You can especially ask for details regarding use of data collection, the category of the personal data, the categories of recipients which have received or will receive your data, the planned storage time of your data, the existence of a right to correct, delete, limit the data processing or to object, the existence of a right for complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of an automated decision making process including profiling and if applicable significant information about their details;

• to ask for the instant correction of false or the completion of your personal data saved by us according to art. 16 GDPR;
• to ask for the deletion of your personal data saved by us pursuant to art. 17 GDPR as long as the processing is not necessary for the exercising of the right to freedom of speech and information, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, reasons of public interest or enforcement, exertion or defending of legal obligations;
• to ask for the limitation of your personal data pursuant to art. 18 GDPR, as long as you are disputing the authenticity of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you are rejecting their deletion and we need don’t need them anymore, however, these are required for the enforcement, exertion or defending of legal obligations or if you exercise your right to object pursuant to art. 21 GDPR;
• to ask for their personal data to be supplied in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to ask for the forwarding of this data to another person responsible, pursuant to art. 20 GDPR;
• to revoke your previously given consent at any time pursuant to art. 7 par. 3 DSGVO. This leads to us being unable to continue the collection and processing of your data and you can complain with a supervisory authority in accordance with art. 77 GDPR. If your personal data is processed for legitimate interests in accordance with art. 6 par. 1.
